Feeling the essence of shape, line and form influences my artistic expression. Seeing beauty in the world, I paint to create a sense of space and freedom to bring you into the moment, the now. Working with simplicity is a key component using balance, repetition, minimalism and a sense of calm contemplation. Making peaceful, ethereal and minimal paintings, saying more with less is a particular emphasis, so my work can bring this into your home and into your life.

Previously, having studied woven textiles at West Surrey College of Art and Design (1976-79) I have followed a path where my common thread has been colour and texture.
